I stand behind OJ's because they work well for me and because you can't beat the customer service at NHS. If you have an issue with their product, they are more than willing to work with you to resolve the issue. In the last week or so I've been in contact with the head of research and development at NHS regarding a problem I encountered with a set of wheels and he has been more than helpful. In today's world of "couldn't care less" it's nice to find a company that is willing to assist a customer and keep them rolling. I'm dedicated to OJ's because of the quality of their product, but I am now even more so dedicated to them because they stand behind the integrity of their product.
