Thanks for stopping by Terry! I'd say you have a lot to be proud of! I was lucky enough to have met Matt on a few occasions in or around 1990 when he was doing demos with H-Street. It was also at this time that I met Ned Hadden as well. They have both remained positive influences in my life to this very day. Thanks again!
I haven't been to your page in awhile Jeff....it's been so long, you are now bald! ha! :) Looks good on ya! I've been enjoying your posts on Matt Hensley, one of my favorite video parts from H-Street that I still copy some no comply tricks from....that's awesome that his parents saw and commented on your post!
Kraston, Matt was definitely an influence on us! The whole no comply/step hop flat land style and melancholy ollies were the best. Check out the guest board Ned did on Assault! He and Matt used to live together in Vista back in the late 1980's or thereabouts. I started clipping my hair again after 18 months of no cut. I was working in a restaurant and it was too hot with all that hair so back to the clippers! Hope all is well with you!
“I don’t want to see a Frito’s commercial with a skateboarder on it. It’s not in the spirit of skateboarding. We’re not supposed to be in the limelight. We’re supposed to be the scuttlebutt. We’re not supposed to be heroes. We’re supposed to be zeroes. If we look good, we look bad.”

Thank you Jeff for your kind sentiments about Matt. We are very proud of both our sons. Regards, Terry Hensley
