Too cool. I had an old dude experience yesterday at the skatepark...normally when I'm there it's either a couple kids just out of high school or nobody... but today it was two other older guys, one with his toddler. I was still the oldest most likely but nice to see older guys like myself throwin down some older style tricks and attempting the newer ones. When we don't land tricks we don't throw a hissy fit and break out boards like alot of the younger kids I witness. I know when I was younger, I never broke a board on purpose because that meant I wouldn't be able to skate. Sorry, I got off on a tangent! :)
No worries, tangent away! I appreciate your comments always. It was never cool to break a board on purpose, we broke too many on jump ramps anyway. Then "Rubbish Heap" taught people how to 'focus' a board. Glad to hear you got to ride. It's been 4 weeks. Killin' me.
