Got to keep the fingers warm. Those Gloves remind me of a pair I had in the BMX days... I think they were JT racing. Seems like I had a pair of skate gloves like that as well... Magnusson maybe??? I was going to pick up a pair of articulating work gloves at Home Depot, but these are much cooler, I mean warmer.

Ha! I was thinking cheap brown work gloves but leave it the Gonz to go over the top. Living in NYC and jonesing to skate in any weather.
Have you covered your ramp yet?
Just wondering.

How dare I even think of supporting a big slime ball chain like Depot (wait... kitchen remodel, DOGH! Too late) Thats right kids buy from the local shop or there might not be a local shop! Support small business, its the only way to truly spread the wealth. How much are those gloves?

I put a new coat of paint on the ramp. Out here we get many sunny days in the winter and the ramp has full southern exposure... I hope to actually skate it quite a bit this winter! February is usually the coldest. We are having an unusual year the high today is supposed to be 52°. If I wake up and the ramp has a foot of snow... I guess I am going snowboarding. lol!

K- that's awesome. I'm glad you get to use your home facility year round. I would have had to build in the basement or the garage here if I wanted to skate like that.
And about that snowboarding... WV is full of resorts.

I remember when I went snowboarding with Charles Yeager in 1987 and the manager of Canaan Valley resort escorted us to our cars and told us snowboarding was not allowed, and to never come back. We went to Timberline and they allowed it there and the lift operator looked at Charles and said " I can't wait till they outlaw those things". Charles replied "Welcome to the future buddy" It was one of the best quotes I had ever heard and Charles was right!!
