The Vision Street Wear shoes were our best seller in 1987-1988 when I sold skateboards at Charleston Dept Store. We had kids lined up on the floor during Christmas trying on shoes since we didn't have any benches for them to sit on. They made the shoes in lots of different colors but black was most popular
I never had a suede pair, just a canvas pair. They were more like a chuck taylor copy. I always wanted the suede.. I'll have to order a pair! Where is the best place to buy?
I do remember the red, white and black sole. haha! good stuff. I had a bunch of VSW clothes... I scored a wholesale connection through my dad's company. I ordered from a distributer and sold stuff to my friends at school!
“I don’t want to see a Frito’s commercial with a skateboarder on it. It’s not in the spirit of skateboarding. We’re not supposed to be in the limelight. We’re supposed to be the scuttlebutt. We’re not supposed to be heroes. We’re supposed to be zeroes. If we look good, we look bad.”
