I opted out of the usual backside grinds today to bring you a bert slide, a no comply, and last but not least, I have included a close up of a frontside grind. The no comply is a no hands boneless invented by Neil Blender and brought to the forefront by Natas, Mark Gonzales, Mike V., and of course Ray Barbee and Matt Hensley.
